  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 large egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease four ramekins. Melt the butter and chocolate together until smooth.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until light and fluffy. Gently fold in the melted chocolate mixture and flour.

Step 3
